As a residential real estate salesperson, I often deal in transactions that involve your largest single asset; frequently it represents your life savings. When selecting and purchasing a home, my clients make an investment that may, perhaps, shape and shelter their family's life for years to come.

Clearly, my job as your Realtor carries great responsibility. Fulfilling this responsibility is complicated by the nature of real estate transactions. They are complex and involve legal and financial terms, procedures, and principles that few fully understand. People can become confused, puzzled - even frightened. It is my job to see to it that they do not.

Finding solutions to people's real estate problems and responding to needs is how I earn my compensation. The service I render my clients enables them to attain objectives they could not attain without me. I have information that would be difficult for the general public to obtain on their own; I provide professional counsel; I make informed recommendations; and I aid in the negotiating process. Sometimes I may have to take an active role in the decision-making process by helping inexperienced or indecisive clients make up their minds.

As a successful real estate salesperson, I have a great deal of information at my fingertips and can quickly locate any additional information. I possess more than information - I have judgment that enables me to identify the information that is relevant and needed and selling skills that enable me to communicate this information to my clients.

My success as a Realtor has been made. I acquired the information and developed the judgment and skills required to survive and succeed in real estate selling. My purpose is to compress the length of time needed to increase your success in your real estate transaction, whether that is buying or selling, or both.

Learning about the real estate process was the time and place for me to stretch my mind, try new ideas and make mistakes. I am always willing to try something new, even though it may be difficult and quite different from what I've been doing. By being prepared to give new approaches a thorough trial, by continually trying with continued application even though first attempts were not very productive, by building and perfecting a repertoire of methods for handling various sales situations, I increased my professionalism in this industry.
