If I am online, humanclick will be featured below and you will see "click for a real person" message. You can click on that and we can chat online! Check it out - it's COOL! If I have this feature turned off, you will only be able to click to "leave a message." This message will get to me by e-mail. So, either use human click or choose the mail-box icon, or neither!.
